It’s also an issue that the actress is very vocal about, since she strongly believes that “instead of blaming anyone, we as citizens need to make our government more accountable.”
So, when the actress was invited to be a part of a panel discussing the role of today’s youth, she immediately agreed. A friend close to Vidya revealed, “Vidya had been approached, since the youth identify with her closely. And being a celebrity she can reach out to many more of her generation and help create an awareness of their social responsibilty.” Now that’s what we call a beauty with brains. With a role model like Vidya to look up to, we’re sure that her words will definitely inspire the youth!

I like Vidya’s beauty. Being a role model to the youth is not an easy thing to do. I hope she can stand up to that role.
